Absolutely! Each box is made to order. Depending on the box you’re interested in, please follow the customization instructions on the listing. We take great care in packaging, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@thekeepsakecollective.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the damage, and we’ll work to make it right.
